By improving communication between the brain and body, chiropractic adjustments help the body heal, adapt, and function at its best. Our care is gentle, drug-free, and non-surgical, making it safe and effective for people of all ages.

Chiropractors assess each patient by taking a thorough health history and performing a detailed physical examination. Medical imaging may be recommended when necessary to better understand the root cause of discomfort or dysfunction.
Once the underlying issue is identified, adjustments to the spine, extremities, and cranial bones can help restore proper nervous system communication and support the body’s natural healing process.
Chiropractic Techniques We Use
Chiropractic care at our McKinney office is personalized to meet each patient’s unique needs. Dr. Julia performs manual chiropractic adjustments using her hands, as well as lighter-touch, low-force techniques for patients who prefer a gentler approach.
Low-force techniques we use include:
Activator Method
Drop-Table Technique
These techniques are just as effective at supporting nervous system function while offering a comfortable and gentle experience.
We use a manual muscle testing using Applied Kinesiology to identify muscle imbalances which then result in musculoskeletal restrictions. When these biomechanics aren't working properly it creates pain and muscle tightness.
We offer 15 or 30 minute chiropractic appointments for each patient. This allows us to fix muscle imbalances and correct spinal fixations to provide pain relief. This also ensures your adjustments will STAY fixed.
We look at each patient from a holistic whole body approach. Every muscle in our body is related to specific organs in the body, so sometimes imbalances in specific muscles may show an internal issue that needs to be addressed.
We provide a variety of techniques and a light touch/low force approach in the office to provide each patient with a customized treatment plan. Techniques provided in the office are Applied Kinesiology, Drop-Table, Activator, cranial work, extremity adjusting, muscle work, soft tissue mobilization, and TMJ correction.
