Nydrea Polk brings a compassionate, client-centered, and holistic approach to massage therapy. She is passionate about helping individuals achieve improved comfort, mobility, and overall wellness through personalized, therapeutic care.

Nydrea has been a Texas resident for over 10 years and holds an Associate of Arts degree from SEARK College, a 750-hour Advanced Diploma from Hands of Therapy School of Massage, and 32 hours of Medical Massage Practitioner training through the LMT Success Group. She has over eight years of experience working in spas, chiropractic offices, mobile and on-call settings, and private practice.

In her work, Nydrea focuses on listening closely to each client’s needs in order to create customized treatment plans that support healing, pain relief, and long-term wellness. Her goal is to ensure that every client leaves feeling better, more relaxed, and more balanced than when they arrived.
